Cataracts and uncorrected refractive errors are the leading causes of preventable blindness in rural districts. Due to a lack of local diagnostic tools and high surgical fees in cities, many elderly individuals lose their sight needlessly.
Our specialized eye teams travel to remote regions to conduct refraction checks, distribute high-quality prescription glasses, and transport patients diagnosed with cataracts to our base hospital for free intraocular lens (IOL) micro-surgeries.
